May your holiday season be filled with the special kinds of nourishment we all crave so much this time of year..

 

Go ahead and indulge in a holiday treat or two.  Jasmine and Hope have moved home this year due to covid, which has inspired me to do Christmas baking again, mostly cookies. Yum! It brings back many fond and warm memories of when they were children.

 

Also, nourish yourself with the non-edible things that are so important – like spending time (even virtually…zoom, facetime, skype, phone call etc…) with a loved one you don't get to see very often, sleeping in a warm and cozy bed for just a few hours more, or taking a peaceful walk in the freshly fallen snow.

 

At this magical time of year, I encourage you to take some time to decompress, and be grateful for all that you have.  I am incredibly grateful for you! 😊

 

I hope this festive season brings you joy, love and light, and that you are able to recharge to enter the New Year with renewed focus, strength, and determination for an incredible 2021!
