Hello Global Energy Team,

 

We have five teams playing in the games.  I hope you are enjoying the training and coaching from Susanne and John.  This summer Lou & Helene and I along with 7 other USANA MB Associates bought Susanne’s 6 weeks of coaching by donating money to the CHF at the Ron Dowhey’s memorial golf tournament.  We had our first coaching session last night and it was great.  I need the coaching and accountability to help me break through to the next level as well.  We are so fortunate to have an upline that capable and giving of themselves. 

 

I learned last night there are ‘No Buts Allowed’ or as we were laughing ‘No Stinky Butts Allowed’.  Let’s get this party rocking!

laserfocused training starts tonight - link info in this email

 

Hello all:

 

Well the time has come for the laserfocused training session.

 

Please be on the call and webcast on Monday September 12th for the first week of a 7 week session.  The first week will be strictly for organization and training to go over how the roadmap works. 

 

The purpose of the roadmap training is to help new associates and seasoned associates alike to be focused...laserfocused... building their business and reaching the goals that they have set for themselves.  This is a productivity program.  It is all about sponsoring and developing your new team members to success. 

 

This is an accountablility training session where we recommend that you team up with  someone either from your team, crossline or upline.  The team can be as little as 2 and no more than 8 to help make you accountable to the people you are partnered with.  It will be your responsiblity to make a team.  There should be a captain or team leader to help keep everyone accountable to the process and to the calls.  Susanne and I will NOT be helping put together teams.

 

As leaders you may wish to have contests with your team.  The timing is perfect for USANA's crazy cash contest to tie this in with what your team is doing.

 

You should all have the book Being Laserfocused Your Roadmap To Success to guide to help you through this process as this is   the format being used. 

 

The following 6 weeks will be training, celebrating successes and supporting the challenges that you may meet along the way.  Consider committing to 2 of these 7 week sessions to achieve your 90 day goals.

Shrink-a-thon posters and press release

Just a correction to the start date of the Winnipeg and Brandon Shrink-a-thon, start Tuesday, Sept 13.  Start inviting friends who want to lose weight, feel better and raise $$ for Canadian Diabetes Association while receiving 10 weeks of personal coaching.

The Canadian Diabetes Association has given us the go ahead to run a Shrink-a-thon to raise money for them in Manitoba.  This is a BIG, BIG opportunity for all of us.  The Shrink-a-thon incorporates Dr. Strand’s Healthy for Life program including USANA products.  Participants will sign up for the program with the goal of losing weight and for every pound lost will receive pledge money from family, friends, businesses etc….  This is a great opportunity for you the USANA Associate to get involved both as a participant and a coach.  This is also a great opportunity for you to build your business.  The cost is $100 for the 10 weeks of coaching using the Trinity Health methodology.

 

We will be running a Shrink-a-thon in Brandon, Winnipeg and Selkirk starting in September.
