I just booked the Hampton Inn Downtown today for the low price of $145. I like the Hampton Inn because the rooms are large, nicely decorated and offers a hot breakfast and a nice meeting room. It is a little farther to walk but I like the exercise to where off all the good eating LOL and a shuttle is available to take.
