Carb Crushing Challenge – Start & End Dates

 

Begins January 18^th, registration, weigh in and before pictures, 9 – 10 am, Viscount Gort Hotel, Winnipeg, MB

Ends March 19^th, weigh in and after pictures, 6 – 7 pm, Viscount Gort Hotel

 

Registration fee of $20 can be paid by cash, cheque, credit card or etransfer.

 

Winners will be announced March 19^th at the USANA MB Health & Freedom Presentation, 7 – 8 pm, Viscount Gort Hotel

 

Carb Crushing Challenge Prizes

 

Male and Female Categories

Winner are determined by the % of body weight lost

 

Grand Prize in Female and Male Categories is RESET Kit, Shaker Bottle with GoStak Jars, $50 Spa Gift Certificate, Value $180

 

Social Media Grand Prize is 90 Minute Life Coaching session from Jacquie Nagy https://www.facebook.com/positiveyouwithholisticdirections/ along with a beautiful journal and self coaching system, value $500. Social Media prize goes to the contestant who posts the most pictures of low glycemic meal/snack or shake.

 

Plus, prizes for participants who reach weight loss of 5% and 10% milestones.

 

Carb Crushing Challenge out of town Registration

 

Optionally, participants can enter remotely by emailing sdancho@mts.net the following:

name, phone number, before and after weight (stand on a scale and take a picture of your weight using the same scale);

and before and after picture (wear the same outfit).

 

Pictures and weight are kept confidential and are only used with the permission of the participant. 

 

Registration fee of $20 is etransfer to Bill Marr, USANA Manitoba Treasurer bill.marr@shaw.ca  Please note in the etransfter that the money is for the Carb Crushing Challenge.

After you enroll in the challenge, you will be enrolled in the Facebook Support Group Carb Crushing Challenge 2020 for community support and education.
